Course Description
This comprehensive course provides an in - depth exploration of the Building Project Management (BPM), focusing on the key components, processes and best practices essential for successfully managing construction projects. Participants will learn how to plan, execute, monitor and close building projects efficiently while adhering to scope, time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and case studies, this course equip trainee teachers with practical skills in scheduling, risk management, cost estimation, procurement and stakeholder communication to impart to students in high schools and secondary schools.
