This course introduces the Bachelor Education in-service students to concepts of planning and educational planning and implementation and subsequent use in organizational development such as schools. It aims to bring to light the need to understand the importance of planning in education and how it can be applied in the local school settings. The course will be studied under 11 topics of a duration of 14 weeks.
