This course will deal with the topic of culture in general. There will be special emphasis on service expectations and food norms, taboos and preferences in different cultures. Topics include defining culture and civilization, language, religion, time concepts and cultures of Asia, Africa, Europe, America and Oceania. This course specifically focusing on the countries that contribute to PNG's international tourism market.
