This course will allow students to acquire workplace experience in the Hotel industry. Students will undergo 6 weeks internship in any of the hospitality sectors such as restaurants, food industry, lodges, resort, hotel and other relevant organisations to their field of study. Student’s work will be evaluated by the supervisors of the host organizations and reports will be forwarded to the Division of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
