This course is a compulsory course for all Bachelor of Education pre-service students. Students from other divisions can take it. The course is designed to capture the contents of Earth and Space Science contents in the PNG national curriculum. It is also meant for UOG Science graduates to be able to teach the Geology syllabus in the upper secondary syllabus confidently, as not enough geology graduates are attracted to teach. It is also vital that students know how our earth functions and other earth systems function and affects us all.
