The unit aims to develop in each student a good understanding of all aspects of games, which involved the use of field. This includes games such as Soccer, Rugby (League & Union), Aussie Rules, and Touch. It will look at sequential development of skills and drills for instruction. Students will be (provided) given the opportunity to develop and apply skills and drills in demonstration sessions and peer teaching. The last part of the course will be devoted to developing appropriate means of delivery in learning situations.
