Education systems are subjected to continuous change due to the Education Reform Process. This course exposes students to an understanding of education reforms and the roles played by stakeholders, with particular reference to educational reform experiences in PNG and similar countries. The course considers causes, sources, initiation processes, planning, implementing and coping with educational changes, and the roles of stakeholders in that change. National Goals and Directive Principles in the National Constitution, Vision 2050, National Government Development Strategic Plan III, National Education Plan 2015 to 2019, National Education Strategic Plan 2010 to 2030 and many other Major Development Policy documents will be studied to allow you to understand them and plan accordingly to achieve them at respective education level of which you work.
