This course presents a systematic approach to
Personnel management in the hospitality industry. Topics include workplace communications,
workplace conditions, controlling operations, recruitment and induction, staff
training, work teams, discipline, grievances and complaints, monitoring and
reporting. Case study and guest lectures will be organized with industrial
visitation
