This course provides
students with an overview of the facilities that are required to operate
different types of hotels such as budget hotel, star hotels etc. The topics
will include the hotel design, facility planning for various key departments in
the hotel like front office, kitchen, housekeeping, food and beverage and other
support facilities that attracts customers.
