This course is designed to introduce student to
the basic ideas of mechanics and introduce the methods used in the solution of
simple quantum mechanical problems. It prepares students for the more advanced
courses in theoretical physics. The theoretical quantum will be covered with
their applications in cosmology and atomic, molecular physics and spectroscopy.
