The learning achievement of students are assessed, measured, evaluated and graded against an approved grading system. Carefully designed measuring instruments and assessment methods are utilized in the process. In this course students will study the assessment and measurement theories and do prepared exercises and practical on how to actually develop instruments, measure and assess learning performances. The National Assessment & Reporting policy as it applies to the assessment and grading of students shall be the focus of this course.
