EPG 481 is a project-oriented course. There are no formal classes for this course. We will meet to discuss your area of interest for its currency and relevance to PNG’s education. You will work independently on selected tasks/topics/issues that demonstrate an understanding of the different content covered during your undergraduate studies. Therefore, you must demonstrate an ‘improved academic ability’ as you can be ‘an agent of change’ in the system.

It requires the participants to work independently on outlined projects and a seminar presentation. The course consists of an evaluation project in Guidance and Counselling, child study in Educational/Developmental Psychology and a seminar presentation of this study. It focuses on enabling the students who are in their final semester of their undergraduate program to demonstrate a high level of intellectual ability to incorporate the skills, attitudes and knowledge to produce quality work.
